Cancellations Policy
Notice must be received by the hostel by 6pm local time, two days prior to arrival,
More than 48 hours notice:
No charge will be made.
Less than 48 hours notice:
A cancellation fee equivalent to one nights' stay per person is applicable.
You will need to contact the hostel directly to notify them of your cancellation by phone or email, A full refund is not available.
No shows
If you do not cancel and do not check in on the first day of your booking the full fee for the period that you have booked may be charged unless you make some contact. The provisions outlined above then apply.
